For families, food lovers, and those who believe there is no such thing as too many vegetables.

The Full Fiord Harvest is our largest weekly surprise-box — around 7 kg of local, seasonal abundance, selected according to what our growers and the fields have available that week.

Expect more quantity, more variety and more surprises. From everyday essentials like roots, onions and greens to herbs, edible flowers, seasonal specialties, fruit, berries and unusual varieties you might not normally find on supermarket shelves.

There is no fixed content list. Each box changes with the harvest, allowing us to make the most of what is abundant, beautiful and ready at that particular moment.

We also embrace Class B and surplus produce whenever possible — perfectly good food that deserves to be eaten, regardless of its size or shape.

Designed for larger households, shared homes and enthusiastic cooks — or anyone who loves having enough produce around to cook generously, roast, preserve, pickle, ferment and experiment.

Occasionally, you may also discover carefully foraged wild goods or something special from one of our local collaborators.
