“Besætt” is a powerful Northern Norwegian expression that many know from childhood. It describes someone who never gives up. We started out as Simon Normann Engen and Rasmus Johnsen Skoglund. We both work as chefs and have extensive experience in the food industry. We both love chili sauces and have always been fascinated by fermentation. Now, we have teamed up with Stig Jacob and Monica at Hanasand Gartneri, and this means more than just a collaboration.
